Bryan County Bark Park

Community Dog Park in Richmond Hill, GA

Welcome to the Bryan County Bark Park’s official website.  Founded in 2012 and now an IRS approved 501(c) 3 non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Georgia, the Bryan County Bark Park Association is about to open Phase One of the dog park thanks to our hard working board, generous donors and the tremendous community support we have enjoyed.  The Bryan County Commissioners have granted the Bark Park use of 1.5 acres of land in Henderson Park, but all the costs associated with building and maintaining the dog park are the responsibility of the Bark Park Association. We are very proud to be opening the Bark Park this fall and realizing our community’s dream of a facility where dogs can run free and off leash.  However, we still have a large funding gap to close and want to begin to plan for our pavilion and Phase Two of the Bark Park in the New Year so we are asking you to stay involved and support our vital fundraising events. In addition, the Bark Park Association will be responsible for on-going monthly expenses relating to operation of the Bark Park.

Please support our next two fundraisers and join us at the ribbon cutting for the park’s official opening at 2pm on Wednesday, November 5th. Look for our sign across from the soccer fields and follow our well-marked sidewalk to the Bark Park in Henderson Park.
